Hardwood, Tile and Laminate
First rule of thumb here is attend to it as soon as it happens, time is of the essence. Weather it’s water, pet urine, or any kind of liquid do your best to wipe it up with a paper towel or a mop then use a hair dryer to dry out the moisture from the cracks. You can always wipe with a floor finisher to restore the natural shine.
